Muffins

is it easy to make muffins? I want to make muffins with bits of fruit (like blueberry muffins) or choc chip! Where do I start?

Very easy!
50g butter, 150ml milk, 200g plain flour, 150g caster sugar, 2 teapsoons of baking powder, 1 egg (beaten), 1/2 teaspoon of salt, 100g blueberries
Melt butter over low heat
Remove from hob, stir in milk and egg
Sift flour salt and baking powder into a bowl.
Stir in the fruit and sugar
*carefully* add the metled butter mix to the flour mixture
Mix everything quickly but gently!
TRansfer mix to muffin tins
Bake for 20 minutes or golden
EAT!
