Silicone Or metal?

Posted by: babz, 09-Jul 21:22
All of my cake tins and trays etc. are currently metal. Is it worth moving over to those flexible silcone ones? I saw some in Tesco yesterday which looked quite good.

I always thought that putting plastic into the oven was wrong!

The flexible ones are very good when getting your cakes out. They are also easier to clean as in my experience, less sticks to them.
